On confirmation of your order from Fiona Stewart Designer Silver all pieces are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery that guarantees delivery before 1pm the next working day to 99% of the UK. This does mean that someone will be required to sign for the package and you may wish to consider having the package sent to a friend or neighbour who you know is home in the mornings to sign for your package.

Packaging
All jewellery and giftware is sent in the boxes unique to the designer where available so you have the designer logo and packaging. Where not available gifts are sent in FSDS high quality cases with satin and soft velvet interior, and outer box (as pictured). Any odd shaped packages are sent in soft black velvet pouches with FSDS logo. The box or pouch is then packaged in a plain padded envelope. Different package solutions may be implemented for any outsize or very fragile items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Gift Presentation
FSDS presentation bag and pink paper may be sent flatpacked along with your box at no charge if requested, but please do add as "Special request" in your details form as bags are not sent by default.
